HARVARD CRIMSON GLOBAL ESSAY COMPETITION
The Harvard Crimson Global Essay Competition brings together ambitious high school students from around the world with an interest in writing. This competition is an annual opportunity for students to showcase their talents on a global stage, compete to win exclusive educational opportunities and prizes, and explore different possibilities of a future in writing.

GLOBAL QUIZ BOWL
In partnership with AlgoEd, the Harvard Crimson Global Quizbowl is a virtual, international academic competition that challenges students across a broad range of disciplines. Participants compete individually or in teams in categories including economics, physics, mathematics, computer science, biology, and chemistry, testing both conceptual understanding and rapid problem-solving skills while gaining recognition on a global stage.

HARVARD CRIMSON GLOBAL CASE COMPETITION
This startup-style contest is tailor-made to cultivate the next generation of problem solvers. Participants will engage in two rigorous rounds—a preliminary round (virtual submissions) followed by a championship round held in-person at The Crimson. Those who qualify for the Championship Round will have an opportunity to be mentored by industry professionals and members of The Harvard Crimson's esteemed business board, offering a platform to test and refine one’s business acumen.

WINTER & SUMMER 2026
THE PRINCETON REVIEW WRITING AND LEADERSHIP CAMP
Co-hosted by The Harvard Crimson and The Princeton Review, this two-week conference in Korea offers an in-depth exploration of journalism through hands-on instruction and interactive learning. Students are taught by Harvard Crimson editors and mentors, who lead writing workshops, reporting exercises, and panel discussions designed to build strong journalistic and communication skills.
